completed Townhouse projects
A-Class Builders has successfully delivered a range of townhouse developments throughout the Wellington region, from small multi-unit projects to larger residential complexes. These projects have involved everything from complex foundation systems and structural steel installations to full framing, cladding, and finishing works.
Our experience working on multi-unit developments has given us a strong understanding of quality control, programme management, and attention to detail. We take pride in delivering homes that are built to a high standard, on time, and in accordance with all engineering and building requirements.
Below are some of the townhouse projects we have been proud to be a part of.

Avery Townhouses
Worked on the construction of two three-storey units and two two-storey units as part of a large-scale residential development. The project featured mono-pitch roof designs and utilised pre-manufactured floor systems, which were craned into place during construction.
My involvement included managing labour crews, coordinating daily site activities, and assisting with the construction and installation process across multiple stages of the build.

One of the biggest challenges on this project was the extremely tight site access. Careful planning and coordination were required to safely manoeuvre cranes on-site while delivering Pre-nail wall frames and pre-made flooring systems within confined spaces.
This project provided valuable experience working on multi-storey townhouse construction, crane operations, and programme coordination under challenging site conditions.

waiwhetu Townhouses
Worked on the construction of seven two-storey townhouses as part of a residential development project in Waiwhetu. This project ran smoothly throughout construction and provided valuable experience working with new building systems and materials.

One of the standout aspects of the build was the use of Cemintel Territory Panels, which was the first time our team had worked with this cladding system.

The project also involved installing Hebel fire-rated intertenancy panels between units, which provided a great learning experience and expanded our knowledge working with specialised fire-rated systems.

My involvement included site coordination, labour management, and assisting across multiple stages of construction to help keep the project running efficiently and to a high standard.
Biddle Townhouses
Worked on the construction of eight two-story townhouses as part of a large residential development at Biddle Crescent. This project involved co-ordinating multiple stages of construction across several units while maintaining workflow, quality, and programmed deadlines throughout the build.

The project provided solid experience working within a fast-paced townhouse development environment, where planning, teamwork, and attention to detail were essential to keeping the build progressing efficiently from foundations through to finishing stages.

My role included hands-on building work, site coordination, and assisting with day-to-day operations to ensure the project was completed to a high standard across all units.
